Moody escaped from Cornwall to study design at Goldsrniths college. She learnt hatmaking under the expert eye of Jane Smith and Went on to found Moody and Farrell 4 years ago. She’s made hats for theatre and television and sells seasonal collections all over the World. Her hats can be found in the Museum of art and Design in New York, in the pages of fashion magazines, atop the heads of cyclists around the world (in the shape of the Famous Mr. Benn bowler helmets) and crowning the heads of those who want to feel the joy and confidence a good hat can lend. Moody and Farrell have collaborated with Selfridges, Bobbin bicycles and the world renown Christys’ hatmakers.
