Mentmore Studios is a facility set up to provide workspace for people in the creative industry. The studios are within a converted Victorian factory in London Fields, Hackney. Mentmore Studios consists of four large studio spaces, one workshop, two outside yards, storage potential, two kitchens, shower and WC facilities.
Rent is £235 per month; This includes WIFI, business rates, electricity and all other bills. We have access to a CNC router and laser cutting services that are run by different companies in the studio. This makes it very easy to order any work necessary. There is also access to welding facilities. We have all the necessary tools for a small growing business in the design industry. Current tenants include illustrators, graphic designers, artists, furniture designers, photographers, textile designers, architects and many more.
The studio is located very close to Broadway market and just across the Park and Lido in London Fields. A 30 second walk to London Fields Overland Train Staion and on the 55, 26, 48, 253, 106, 277, 388 and 38 bus routes.
The studios spaces are all open plan and are equipped with large desks, cutting tables, storage and fully networked with broadband. We have a growing materials library and excellent links to industries and suppliers across London.
